Loba Studio Policies
Before requesting an appointment or new client consultation, please review our studio policies outlined below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and things can come up unexpectedly. However, please note the following cancellation policy:
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 to 2 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 2 hours before the appointment time, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Your appointment cannot be rescheduled until the cancellation fee is paid. If the fee is not received within 24 hours of the canceled or missed appointment, future appointments will not be permitted.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment. If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no-show fee, which is payment in full for the time we reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot. My cut-off for late arrival is 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time. My studio is located in a busy area, please take into consideration traffic for the time of day your appointment is. Major surrounding roads can get congested and as much as double your commute time, especially around 4-6 p.m.
Sickness & COVID
We have all existed in a pandemic world for the last 2+ years. I believe we should be of the mindset that keeping each other healthy should always be the priority. If you are not feeling well or have been around someone who is sick, PLEASE RESCHEDULE! In our industry, we do not get paid sick days, and this also affects all other scheduled clients. This policy is especially important during the busy holiday season when schedules are fully booked and all clients are relying on being able to have their hair service. I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is displaying symptoms of illness.
